If any of you who read my blog, also follow my daughter, these culottes may look a little familiar. That’s because she gave me these before she moved to Florida. She ended up donating, selling, and giving away a lot of her clothes, so naturally I took the things that I would have borrowed from her eventually anyway haha!
The last picture, is me just goofing off. Sometimes I have to remind myself that life shouldn’t be taken seriously or for granted. After losing both of my parents recently, and now my dog is getting to that point (he’s been in and out of the vet hospital over the past month), I’m being reminded that I need to enjoy life. I still consider myself young, but in 18 years (which seems like a long time, but isn’t), I’ll be the same age that my mother was when she passed. My husband is currently the age that his father passed, and it just puts things into perspective.

Ewa, these culottes are adorable! Such a great outfit. And the background in your photos is so beautiful! I hear you on not taking life for granted and enjoying it. My parents both passed away in their 50’s and now that I am 45, that scares the hell out of me. I pay much more attention to my health (they were not healthy people, my parents) and I also make sure that I am doing the things I love because I do know all too well how very short life is. Sending you lots of hugs and prayers, my friend.
