I celebrated my birthday on Monday!  Another year down!  That’s why I decided that in today’s post I needed a little bit of sparkle/gold.  To celebrate one more year.  My daughter took her fiance’s mother and myself out to see Mary Poppins on Saturday, and then on Monday my daughter came over to drink some coffee with me.  That’s been our thing since she started drinking coffee.  We would always drink it together and that was how we would relax.  I have a funny story about her and coffee, when she was little.  I used to leave my coffee cup on the table (not thinking that she could reach it, somehow the little one got to it every time).  I would come back in the room a few minutes later and the coffee would be gone.  I thought it was our dog (we had a beautiful German Shepherd, he was my daughter’s protector from day one) at first, until one day, I caught her red handed!  This little toddler, somehow could not only reach the cup, but could drink out of it without spilling any of the coffee.  Well, I ended up learning my lesson and moving the cup much higher where she couldn’t reach haha.  However, I think this is where her love for coffee started.

She also surprised me with an early birthday present, and that was a few more charms to add to my Pandora bracelet that she got for me for Christmas.
